The @ICRC is as broken and complicit as all the rest. International organizations, law and most institutions lie in ruins, their failures and basic uselessness no longer hidden by their untold billions. They do not bring peace, they help no one when it matters, they don't move the needle on any issue. A vast, stupid, feckless international elite without answers or courage or purpose.
