What? This isn’t even pretending to answer my point. Half of Germany was taken over by a communist dictatorship installed by Soviet conquerors. How was that an argument the German people shouldn’t exist? You’d have been better served noting that a handful of Jews *did* actually argue Germanness shouldn’t exist - my “nobody” was a very slight exaggeration. Germans disagreed, and the world did too. No, no one (admittedly outside a few traumatized Jews) seriously argued the German nation shouldn’t exist. Not even after Nazism.
