So the claims that US intelligence believed the strikes against the Iranian nuclear program were a dismal failure were not, in fact, true? And nearly all legacy media, which has never covered this region with anything approaching real competence and knowledge, pushed them as settled truth from on high. Israelis, for what it's worth, have been seriously and calmly debating what was achieved at Fordow and elsewhere. Some think a lot, some think less. Because it's complicated. But the American debate has consisted almost exclusively of political posturing. The facts were almost entirely irrelevant to the public debate. Dear Americans, don't you want to actually know things, actually debate them, calmly and seriously, rather than consume a media debate in which truth is determined almost exclusively by partisan convenience?
