Germany says that many of Nicaragua's claims, including alleged breaches of the right to self-determination, non-recognition and non-assistance, racial discrimination and non-prosecution, were not mentioned in the documents that Nicaragua uses to ground its claim of the existence of a dispute. It says Nicaragua rushed to the Court, preventing Germany from any opportunity to react to these claims.
