Today is July 7th, it’s already been 9 months since the start of the war. 9 months that we are waiting for our 120 hostages to come back home. 9 months that their families are waiting to hug them. Here is what has happened since October 7th: - 38,870 trucks of humanitarian aid entered the Gaza Strip, that’s 734,475 tons of food, medical supply, water, fuel… No hostages were released in exchange. - 30,000 rockets and 1,200 drones were launched from Lebanon, Gaza, Iraq, Yemen, and Iran toward Israel, injuring dozens and starting dozens of fires. - 252 Israelis were made hostage. 112 were released, 7 were rescued by the IDF. And 19 were brought back dead from Gaza. There are still 120 Israelis in Gaza, captive of the Hamas for 274 days. - Little Kfir has spent more time in captivity in Gaza than free with his family. - Countless deals have been offered and always refused by Hamas. - Hamas did not surrender to stop the war and protect the Palestinians. They did not release the hostages, not even the 2 children or the young women. - The ICRC did absolutely nothing. Not once did they meet the hostages in captivity. Nor did the UNRWA or any international agency or activists. - 1,587 Israelis were killed, and 16,093 were injured. We will not rest until our people are home safely. Bring them back now.
