Instead of fantasizing about hundreds of thousands of nonexistent Palestinian casualties, why not pressure Hamas to accept a ceasefire and end this horrific war? Every casualty is tragic, innocents dying is a horrific reality, but civilian deaths should be mourned, not invented.
