England's Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner visited the women of the Nisa Nashim network today. Nisa Nashim is an organization of Jewish and Muslim women who work together to connect their communities and advance positive social change. October 7th was a crushing tragedy for all the women in the group, who cared deeply for the innocent lives affected by war. But that never stopped them. Since that day they have doubled their efforts in fighting antisemitism and anti-Muslim hate and showing the world that the two communities can not just coexist, but support one another. Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner was deeply moved by the stories she heard at Nisa Nashim and said the government will go forward with their voices in mind. Nisa Nashim is not the only organization in the world like this. There are many, including in Israel, that work towards understanding each other and advocating for one another. I think we should all hear what the women from Nisa Nashim have to say.
