The Gaza Interior Ministry’s announcement confirms that humanitarian aid does enter Gaza, but Hamas is stealing it and willing to kill to secure control over it. Hamas maintains its dominance by exploiting and oppressing Palestinian civilians in Gaza. Though militarily weakened, Hamas’s civil organizations still operate in Gaza. To truly defeat Hamas, Israel must dismantle the oppressive ministries responsible for the daily suffering and deaths of innocent Palestinians. This, following the immediate release of the remaining 101 hostages held by Hamas, is our top priority.

Gaza’s Ministry of Interior has proudly announced today that they killed more than 20 Palestinians who were allegedly involved in stealing aid. It seems like only Hamas is allowed to steal aid… Will the Ministry of Health count them as casualties of Israel’s attack too?
