A viral video shows Druze residents of the southern Syrian village of Hader voting to request that Israel annex their village, rather than coming under the control of whatever rebel group manages to establish a new government in Syria. I know this will be hard for the anti-Israel crowd to understand, but Israel is a refuge for the Druze minority in the Middle East, who have been oppressed for too long. Will they still call it "ethnic cleansing" if Israel annexes a village at the explicit request of its residents?
