Syrian rebel leader Abu Muhammad Al-Jolani says that he will remain committed to Syria's 1974 agreement with Israel, and that "Syrian territory will not be used to attack Israel." Hayʼat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), Al-Jolani's rebel group, was designated a terrorist group by the United Nations Security Council Resolution 2254. So, we're going to have to wait and see if he actually means it, and if the UN will change their terrorist designation for HTS.
