Former hostage Dafna Elyakim, 16, recounted her time with Liri Albag in Hamas captivity tonight: “She would smile, laugh, and try to find what was good. She said that if we survived what happened on October 7, there was no chance they would kill us after a month. We would sing songs, talk about restaurants, and family to pass the time we were there. When I saw the sign of life and her name, I was on the bus - and I couldn't stop crying… I want to tell her that she's strong and that she'll continue to be strong… And that everything will be okay in the end." Dafna and her 8-year-old sister Ela were kidnapped from Kibbutz Nahal Oz and were released in the November 2023 deal. We must bring Liri, and all the hostages, home NOW. ❤️‍🩹
