There’s a difference between hiding your Judaism to save your own life, and hiding your Judaism to protect your career. This Purim, I can’t stop thinking about the bravery of the hostages like Omer, Daniella, and Agam, who carry on the legacy of Esther’s courage. They concealed themselves, but never for a second abandoned who they are. Now that they’ve returned, they are already fighting to bring everyone home. Their stories inspire us to join the fight.
