Among them: •Essam al-Da’alis – Head of Hamas’ government in Gaza. •Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Abu Watfa – Undersecretary of Gaza’s Interior Ministry, responsible for rebuilding Hamas’ infrastructure. •Brig. Gen. Bahjat Abu Sultan – Head of central operations in Gaza’s Interior Ministry. •Abu Obeida al-Jamasi – Senior member of Hamas’ political bureau. •Abu Omar Al-Hatta – Secretary-General of Gaza’s Ministry of Justice.
