As per your own definition of Indigenous, Jews meet the criteria. There has been no time in history when there were not at least some Jews living in the Levant. Our culture and religion are also built entirely around Israel. Our holidays, our traditions, our language: all of it. However, this definition is one I don't fully agree with because it means that Indigenous tribes who were forcibly removed from their ancestral homelands somehow lose their right to their land. The tribes that were forced into Oklahoma, for example. I think they still have an indigenous claim to the land stolen from them even if they live on different land now. They weren't exactly given a choice.
