The ICRC has come out and said that one of their premises was "struck" by an explosive. In a rare statement, the Red Cross says that BOTH parties must respect the rules of war. Except there are no specific callouts here, are there? Do the Red Cross maybe want to say that Hamas shouldn't be using their humanitarian facilities as bases for terrorism? No? What about to hold hostages, as hostages themselves testified when they returned? I guess specific call outs are only for Israel and when Hamas does something bad it's a vague "both parties" should behave. Didn’t expect more from an organization who lost all credibility during the Holocaust.
