Good News: October 7th victims may finally get a measure of justice for the crimes committed by UNRWA employees. Their lawsuit was thrown out last year as a U.S. judge claimed UNRWA has “immunity” as a United Nations body. The lawsuit, brought by over 100 October 7th victims family members, alleges UNRWA funneled cash to Hamas, let them use its facilities, and let them build command centers under UNRWA sites. There’s still a long road ahead for this case, but at least the victims’ voices will be heard.
