If you would rather burn the land itself to the ground than see Jews living on it, I don't think you get to claim you're defending your homeland. If you would rather see your fellow Arabs burn to death than work towards peace, I don't think you get to claim you're a "freedom fighter." There are plenty of Palestinians who are in danger right now because of these fires, or mourning as they watch land they actually hold dear get destroyed. You don't get to co-opt their suffering when you are literally hoping it gets worse for them because some Jews will also get caught in the crossfire.
