🇦🇹 Johanna Mikl-Leitner, Governor of Lower Austria and former Austrian Minister of the Interior, responded to her country’s Eurovision winner with a firm message: “JJ may be a talented singer, but he’s clearly politically misinformed. Anyone who compares Israel to Russia while ignoring Hamas’s massacre of 1,200 people— and the hostages still held in Gaza— doesn’t need a stage. He needs a history lesson. There will be no #Eurovision in Lower Austria without Israel. Antisemitism, in any form, has no place in Europe.”
