On Friday the signatories to the 4th Geneva Convention will gather to condemn Israel. They never gather—except to condemn Israel (1999, 2001, 2014). Meeting was mandated by a UN resolution sponsored by Algeria, North Korea, Libya, Pakistan, Qatar, Turkey. Listen to Dore Gold z"l:
