Did you know that Hajj Amin al-Husseini, Mufti of Jerusalem, friend of Hitler, had plans for crematoria in the Dotan Valley near Nablus, for the extermination of the Jews of the Land of Israel and from neighboring Arab countries? From an article in Yisrael Hayom in 23 Oct '15: "An Arab officer in the British police said in 1970: "His model was Auschwitz" • "They were going to bring Jews from the Land of Israel and Arab countries to the crematoria" In March 1970, an article by Habib Canaan appeared in Haaretz newspaper, which dealt with the Mufti's activities during the "200 Days of Terror" - the period between spring and autumn 1942 when the (Jewish) settlement was preparing for the possibility of an invasion by the armies of Nazi Germany. Canaan says that in 1968 he arrived at the home of an "old Arab nobleman" in Jericho, Faiz bey Idrisi, who was a senior Arab officer in the Mandate police. "A shiver runs through my body today when I recall what was being said in police circles and among the Mufti's supporters in the country during those months, in the event of the German occupation of the country," Canaan quotes Idrisi, "Hajj Amin al-Husseini was going to enter Jerusalem at the head of his assistants, the soldiers of the Arab Legion, which was organized within the framework of the German army. His (the Mufti's) grand plan was to establish in the Dotan Valley, near Nablus, huge crematoria, like Auschwitz, to which the Jews of Palestine, as well as Jews from Iraq, Egypt, Yemen, Syria, Lebanon and even North Africa, were to be brought, in order to exterminate them using the SS methods used in the extermination camps in Europe." https://www.israelhayom.co.il/article/323335
