⭕ *Press Release No. (1044) Issued by the Government Media Office* ⛔ *100 Days Since the Ceasefire Decision: The Israeli Occupation Has Violated the Agreement 1,300 Times, Resulting in 1,820 Martyrs, Injured, and Detainees* We affirm that the Israeli occupation has continued, since the ceasefire decision entered into force on 10 October 2025 and up until today, Tuesday, 20 January 2026 (a period of 100 days), to commit serious and systematic violations of the agreement, constituting a clear breach of international humanitarian law and a deliberate undermining of the essence of the ceasefire and the provisions of the annexed humanitarian protocol. During this period, the relevant governmental authorities documented 1,300 violations of the agreement, as detailed in the following statistical report: 📣 First: Ceasefire Agreement Violations A total of 1,300 violations committed by the occupation, distributed as follows: 430 shooting incidents. 66 incursions by military vehicles into residential neighborhoods and areas. 604 bombardment and targeting incidents. 200 demolitions of homes and various buildings. 📣 Second: Human Losses These violations resulted in the following: (1) Martyrs: 483 martyrs (total). 252 martyrs were children, women, and elderly persons, representing 52%. 444 martyrs were civilians, accounting for 92% of the total. 465 martyrs (96%) were targeted away from the “yellow line” within residential neighborhoods, while the remaining 4% were martyred adjacent to the yellow line. (2) Injured: 1,287 injured persons (total). 752 injured were children, women, and elderly persons, representing 58%. 1,277 injured were civilians, equivalent to 99.2% of the total. All injured persons, without exception, were targeted away from the yellow line, inside residential neighborhoods. (3) Detainees: 50 detainees. All detainees, without exception, were arrested away from the yellow line, from within residential neighborhoods. 📣 Third: Aid, Commercial, and Fuel Trucks 25,816 trucks entered, out of 60,000 aid, commercial, and fuel trucks, reflecting a compliance rate of 43%, distributed as follows: 15,163 aid trucks (59%). 10,004 commercial trucks (39%). 649 fuel trucks (2.5%), out of 5,000 fuel trucks that were supposed to enter, reflecting a compliance rate of 13%. A daily average of 261 trucks, out of 600 trucks that were supposed to enter daily. 📣 Important Notes: 600 aid, commercial, and fuel trucks are supposed to enter Gaza daily. 50 fuel trucks (diesel, gasoline, cooking gas) are supposed to enter Gaza daily. According to the humanitarian protocol, and in addition to the above, the occupation failed to comply with the following: Allowing the required numbers of trucks to enter. Complying with withdrawal lines. Allowing the entry of materials necessary for infrastructure maintenance. Allowing the entry of heavy equipment for civil defense to remove rubble and recover the bodies of martyrs. Allowing the entry of medical equipment, supplies, and medicines. Opening the Rafah Crossing. Respecting the cases of martyrs, injured persons, detainees, and missing persons. Allowing the entry of tents, mobile homes, and shelter materials. Operating the power generation plant. Respecting the boundaries of the yellow line, instead encroaching on additional kilometers across the Strip. We affirm that the continuation of these violations and breaches constitutes a serious circumvention of the ceasefire agreement, and an attempt to impose a humanitarian equation based on subjugation, starvation, and blackmail. We hold the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the ongoing deterioration of the humanitarian situation, and for the lives lost and properties destroyed during a period in which a full and sustainable ceasefire was supposed to prevail. We call upon President Trump, the sponsors of the agreement, the mediators and guarantors, the international community, and the United Nations to assume their legal and moral responsibilities, compel the Israeli occupation to fully implement its obligations without diminution, ensure the protection of civilians, guarantee the immediate and safe flow of humanitarian aid and fuel, and allow the entry of mobile homes, caravans, and shelter materials, as stipulated in the agreement, in order to address the worsening humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip. ✦ *Government Media Office* ✦ Gaza Strip – Palestine ✦ Tuesday, 20 January 2026
