US still holding up delivery of heavy bombs paid for by Israel, report says; Washington only shipped half of 1,300 stockpile of 1-ton bombs. 4. Earlier, US refused to rush attack helicopters to Israel despite urgent need, or to divert some gunships purchased for US military to IDF. 5.
