At a certain point, yes you have to accept something you consider unjust. Should Germans have rejected peace terms in 1945? Or should they have held out forever in the hope for better terms? Every time the Palestinians say “no this is unjust” it gets worse for you.

The idea that Palestinians have consistently rejected peace is either false, or it assumes that Palestinians have to accept whatever unjust deal is proposed to them like the 1947 partition plan or Trump’s “deal of the century”
