So we know that before 10/7 (1) Israel was okay with Gaza building a port (2) Israel was gonna agree to offshore gas drilling for Gaza as a joint PA-Hamas thing (3) Israel was gonna massively boost the number of work permits for Gaza (4) Israel was gonna renovate the Rafah Crossing with Egypt (5) Blinken was planning on going to Saudi on October 10th to discuss the bundle of cessions to the Palestinians that were gonna be part of Israeli-Saudi Normalization.
