@Karl_Lauterbach England’s PISA exclusion rate was 7.6% against an OECD target of 5%. Over 50% above the target, and up from 4.9% in 2022. And the pupils missing from the sample were disproportionately SEN and disadvantaged. You should not be omitting such information, as it skews the results.
