If you cannot increase IQ by reading books, then why are you writing posts attempting to teach anyone anything? You only do this, because you have the expectation that information you provide will change minds and make other people... wait for it, wait for it... smarter. You refute yourself. You are also doubling down on this idea, because I argued against it, with the dietary claims. I didn't provide evidence last time, because I thought you were somewhat intelligent and knew how to use a search engine. Turns out my assumption was wrong. You are clearly a self-refuting idiot, so now you get the studies you failed to look up and find. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6919660/ Your "blue lines" showing slight variation possibilities look to be about a difference of 5 IQ points, or about half of a standard deviation. The iodine IQ study listed above showed a gain of about 15 points. There are smaller studies showing that babies born to mothers taking substantially more iodine, have about 40 more IQ points than the parents. Fluoride is also known to lower IQ by about 7 points. Iodine is also scientifically proven to help the excretion and detoxification of fluoride. Both are halides on the periodic table. Iodine also helps to excrete bromine, another toxic halide. Iodine also helps to excrete mercury, lead, arsenic, aluminum, and cadmium, all known to be neurotoxins. Neurotoxins, wait for it, wait for it... make people dumber. But you are clearly not aware of this other research. I'm writing this because I do believe you have the capacity to learn from words, although, so far, you have not demonstrated this. Try to do better this time.
