The Ukrainians know exactly where the Russian S-300 launchers used today to attack Kharkiv are. They have Western weapons that have the range/accuracy to destroy them. But they cannot do so, thanks to restrictions imposed by the US. As a result, 7 more Ukrainians are dead.
