Hamas issued a statement welcoming the ICC's arrest warrants for PM Netanyahu and former DM Yoav Gallant. -- Hamas is certainly happy. The ICC has lent credibility to Hamas' false accusations of genocide. Moreover, not a single live Hamas leader was issued a warrant.
