It's interesting that the person to the right of Dr. Husam Safiya looks like Major General Abu Obeida al-Jarrah. If true, he's probably a Hamas member, and maybe his brother, who was Hamas, died in recent years -- Perhaps Dr. Safiya does have some affiliation with Hamas.
