Palestinian Authority security spokesperson General Anwar Rajab said that PA forces dismantled 17 car bombs in Jenin during security operations. He explains that a significant amount of money is being transferred to the West Bank (for terrorism). Unsurprisingly, instead of taking responsibility for allowing terrorist groups to gain power in the West Bank, Rajab suggested that it was an Israeli conspiracy to allow armed organizations to flourish in the territory.
