I've recently explained that some members of the various bodies that fall under the Hamas-run Interior Ministry also belong to terrorist groups. This is Muhammad al-Batran, a commander in the Popular Resistance Committees, and officially KIA as of today. He also served as a member of a police bomb disposal unit, which is a body that operates under the Interior Ministry and National Security.
