The Hamas-run Health Ministry's list of Palestinians killed in the war added a section where it reports the number of killed/wounded attempting to collect aid. --- Hamas is attempting to subvert the new aid mechanism. Does the figure include Palestinians killed/wounded by Hamas while taking looted aid? I doubt it.
