The operation, led by the 36th Division and involving units from Golani, Yahalom, and IDF Intelligence, uncovered weapons, intelligence materials, and the bodies of several terrorists. The IDF said that this tunnel complex, used by senior Hamas operatives to direct combat, is another example of Hamas exploiting hospitals for terrorist purposes.
