So, I assume the ban on encampments is still in effect. It would be bizarre, and really amazingly stupid, for Columbia to take all the heat for (finally) clearing it out only to allow them to come back a month later. So, assuming I'm right, if they're students, give them one clear and emphatic warning, and then if they don't comply promptly, expel them. Permanently. If they're not students, they're trespassers. Call the cops and have them arrested. The fact that they're calling for "revolution" and all that garbage makes it easier.
