no idea who this guy is. But as a rule, you shouldn’t believe anybody who uses “BREAKING” or “reportedly” without any links to an article with actual verifiable quotes. there are exceptions for known reporters. But this is obvious bullshit. But I guarantee you many people are falling for it. #digitalliteracy
