For our game subtitles, I have ChatGPT scanning for grammatical errors and dumb mistakes. And it catches some, so that's useful. But when it decides to make writing suggestions... they're really bad. (Don't say Claude is better; it's not). Imagine that you thought the purpose of writing was to say things that help you fit in with all other writing, rather than to express a specific idea. That's the direction its suggestions constantly push in.
