Jensen has been fighting against the law of large numbers for almost a year in order to maintain the "Beat and Raise" Machine. Starting next quarter, Nvidia needs to deliver triple digit billions in revenue. Jensen knows he must do anything possible to sustain this machine, but he also knows it won't last forever. So, as a dot-com veteran, he makes sure of two things. First, outsource all the risk and debt to outside players in the ecosystem. Second, tie them all together, so that if Nvidia falls, everyone falls, and it becomes a systemic risk to the economy. That way, he can blame the shape of the economy rather than the actions that brought it to this point, and the government will be forced to intervene.
