Fossil fuel lobbyists are not happy about the growing momentum for a just transition and a phase-out of fossil fuels at the UN Climate Conference in Brazil – so let’s push even harder. #COP30 What is needed: ·       A clear and binding treaty to phase out fossil fuels. ·       A roadmap for implementing a just phase-out of fossil fuels. ·       And we need a BAM ( Belém Action Mechanism) a global mechanism for a just transition. ·       Last but not least: it’s all about climate finance. We need to triple adaptation finance. If we don’t solve the climate crisis, our world will burn. So: no more bullshit – real climate action is needed.
