People are loathe to hear “their tribe” has problems. A very human evolved social behavior intended to preserve cohesion & protect in-group relations. The problem with deeply innate human psychological instincts is that they can often become counterproductive to contemporary societal issues & complex problem-solving of cultural threats. It becomes a tendency to exploit. Never more so a threat as today, in the era of 5th Generation Warfare. Tribalism will lead to our downfall. Shoot the messenger at your own peril.
