The one year anniversary of Oct 7th is a solemn day of remembrance of the victims. One would have expected that the entire world would have been embarrassed and ashamed of the senseless brutal murder, rape and kidnapping of so many innocent civilians mostly at a peace concert. Instead we have seen the true face of Iran and its proxies that celebrate this as their opening salvo to destroy Israel and the Jewish people launching rockets and combat on all sides. And the pathetic support from the American and global left that should have opposed these jihadists and instead have thrown in with them. And we have been embarrassed by our president and Secretary of State who continued the senseless policies of funding and coddling Iran in some hope they could negotiate with hate. We see all that money went not into self determination for Palestinians but for rockets and guns and tunnels as we funded a vast war infrastructure with no purpose other than to destroy Israel and its Jews. The Ayatollah has been clear his only purpose is to create war on Israel and the west, never changing his message or his actions. One year later we can only hope that when we again look at the barbaric actions of that day we can again unite against Iran and its proxies and their twisted ideology.
