I know I'm up against an unthinking mob, but these claims make no sense. How do we square the fact that AI will dominate all industrial sectors with the fact that the U.S.'s fancy AI-enabled military lost to Iran? Or that we can't yet refine rare earth materials despite billions of investment?

Do not underestimate the power of this technology. These will soon be superhuman systems that can hack anything, revolutionize any field overnight, and acquire real power and resources. We have all witnessed the progress in each of these domains, and progress is not slowing.
