This story is not true, according to @yes_ukraine, the organisation that chartered the train: There was an air raid alert while the train was at the station. A tannoy announcement advised people on platforms to take shelter. The train driver told those on board, including Boris Johnson and National Security Adviser Jonathan Powell, that passengers did not need to shelter as the train was about to depart. the train continued its journey safely. It was never evacuated, let alone targeted by a drone.
