COVlD levels in Texas increased in today's CDC update. Many in Houston are about to get "surprise" infections. #MaskUp, get boosted today, test, and move events online. Houston has not reported in weeks, but now all nearby counties w/data (Montgomery, Galveston) have spiked.

COVlD is surging in Texas, leading to school closures and rising Emergency Room visits, disproportionately among babies. We became concerned about the possible surge 3 months ago today, and Texas was the impetus for our early-release of the PMC county-level map.
