Today, at around 11 a.m. Gaza local time, an Israeli “special forces” unit infiltrated Gaza with the aim of abducting a security figure. The unit was detected during the operation. Israel then carried out airstrikes and opened fire from ground forces and quadcopter drones. Four people were killed, including the target’s wife and two children. Israel says the man it sought to abduct was injured and taken out of Gaza. Footage has emerged showing the van used in the operation, as well as the motorcycles the unit used to escape. Ceasefire?
