Legitimizing the Palestinian Liberation Organization PLO in 1993 didn’t bring peace, it brought war. After Oslo peace agreement, The United States, European Union and Israel recognized the PLO on conditions to renounce violence and acknowledge Israel’s right to exist. As a result Palestinian zealots entered the U.S. from the big door not to build bridges with America but to burn bridges between America and its allies. Lookup BDS Peace was set up in Oslo, but in “Palestine”, Palestinians became more violent, elected jihadis, established more militias, spent billions of international aid on terror infrastructure, more people were killed after Oslo than Israeli-Arab wars combined. Rewarding Palestinian violence is what brought us to this awful end.
