If Israel wants Hamas to disarm, they should simply make clear that if Hamas does so, the siege on Gaza would be lifted, the genocide ended, the IDF withdraws & lets Gaza live But Israel's offer is "disarm, surrender, or don't, we'll occupy Gaza anyway & fully depopulate it"!
