Stock alleges that Schaffer “got me, like, very intoxicated,” and that she does not remember all the events of the evening. She adds that he gave her Benadryl, ostensibly for a rash, but perhaps also to get her further intoxicated. She drank “a bunch of shots” and “blacked out.”
