This would be a monumental disaster. The fluoride in the water/anti-vaxx stuff will get the most attention, but HHS is a sprawling bureaucracy that has a budget far greater than the Pentagon and controls Medicare, Medicaid, and Obamacare (which gave the Secretary vast regulatory power). From a conservative perspective, RFK Jr. is pro-abortion and pro-single-payer. All the downsides of a leftist appointee with added kookiness.
