Idk who needs to hear this, but applesauce as an egg replacement in cakes, pancakes, and muffins It’s cheaper than flax, chia, sweet potatoes, & aquafaba Lasts longer than bananas (unless you freeze them or something) 1/4 cup = 1 egg It does the job & comes out fluffy
