The claim that TPS terminations involve aliens who were “here legally” is intellectual sleight of hand. Temporary Protected Status, by its nature, allows an alien who is otherwise illegal to temporarily stay. Framing these aliens as “legal” is gaslighting. If they were here legally, they wouldn’t need TPS!
